At Shopify Hardware Store, we stand behind the quality of our electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the 'Order History' tab to locate your transaction and click the 'Request Return' button.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the device is placed in its original manufacturer packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring previous labels are covered.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
